Today, the United States Soccer Federation announced their decision to sanction neither the NASL nor the USL as the United States’s second division of soccer. Set Piece Analyst Kartik Krishnaiyer talked with me about the issues surrounding this decision and what the immediate implications are for second division soccer in North America.
